Harry Potter and the Loop Holes (Part 1)

So the other day my sister, hey boyfriend and I watched the first 2 Harry Potter movies, and there were a few giant loopholes we noticed. Here they are:

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s stone:

Throughout this whole movie Proffesor Quirell is trying to harm/kill Harry and get the Philosophers Stone, but he is always stopped by Snape. Snape, the guy who Voldemort trusts. Since Voldemort is stuck to Quirell’s head the whole time, wouldn’t he know that Snape was muttering the counter-curse that was stopping Harry dying from his broom, or no that Snape stopped Quirell getting into Fluffy’s room when he let the troll into the castle? Why wouldn’t Voldemort just stop trusting him?

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets:

In the later movies we find out there are horcruxes, that is important to remember here. Okay, so most of the horcruxes get destroyed by a basilisk fang, or rather the venom. Tom Riddle’s diary in this movie, that necklace gets destroyed by the sword of Gryffindor that has absorbed some venom, and that cup in the last movie that Ron and Hermione destroy. Obviously that stuff is like some magic horcrux murderer, but then, when Harry is fighting the basilisk one of its fangs goes into his arm. Right in there. He almost dies except a bird cries on him. But when he was bitten, why wasn’t the horcrux bit in him destroyed?

More to come when I watch the rest of the movies again.
